Making the choice to output the footage our clients shoot straight to instantly editable QuickTime proxy files (at anything from 4K right down to NTSC or PAL) using Final Cut Pro or Avid, or to bring the REDLOG RAW footage into RED ALERT or RED CINE for manipulation, correction and rendering before editing is a decision that needs to be based on careful thought and consideration.
